Days ago I begin to sew a new costume, it will be for November's Lucca Comics & Games. This time my efforts are for Daft punk-Matsumoto's Interstella 5555, the character is Stella, the blond main character, but her dress is not the typical one, as always. It's a white dress appearing only in few moments, during a dream. I will cosplay it with Dario in pair. I bought a good crepe de chine fabric for this costume, quite expensive in fact, but hope the result would be good. In origin the dress was totally white, made in two parts, but I wanted to give a special effect and separate all that white, making the upper part in a light wisteria colour, and using the white for the bottom skirt, the high-neck and the ribbon too. Using this two colour contrast, I'm quite sure the result will be fine. The effect of the two colours should be this: I found the white shoes last saturday to Bologna market with Cri, Annalisa and Matteo, and now I'm looking for the wig. I'm afraid I will have to find the glasses too.. but won't be easy, because they are so strange and cannot be ownmade. Any suggest? Here a small pic of the original dress:
