Last night I saw Cursive at the Pabst and thought it was mostly okay, if a little unimpressive. I gave it a much more positive review on OMC, because I felt I was being a bit of a Debbie Downer. When I submitted the review some of the more vitriol opinions were removed ( Ladyfinger sucked, and The Thermals weren't much better). The night before I went to Homecoming...or at least it was a Homecoming themed party at Mark&Jess' place. Apparantly there was an 80s theme attatched to it that I wasn't aware of, but it hardly matters. It was nice being able to talk with without that pesky getting in the way. I'm planning on organizing what has become (sic)ly become known as The Secrete Santa for Exies this year. I want it to be something of a large party where people who are not necessarily close friends get together and trade presents with others. So, for instance all of my LJ friends could be involved with all of my non-LJ friends. Lists would be traded to make things easier. Let me know if something like this interests you.
