Sanitas AB expands production in Kaunas.

The contractor LSMW for Life Science and chemical industry is modernising a production plant for pharmaceutical company SanitasABin Kaunas, Lithuania. Witha total value of nine million euros, the contract was awarded to a consortium which includes building company UAB Ranga IV in addition to LSMW (headquarters: Stuttgart, Germany).

The project will be managed on behalf of LSMW by its Polish regional office in Warsaw. LSMW will be responsible for the plant’s complete supply systems, the mechanical structural engineering and the facility management. This equates to a contract value of 5.5 million euros. The project’s runtime is approximately 1 year.
