All our RYA training courses have a maximum of four students per boat. This means more individual attention and a far more effective way to learn. RYA certificates ensure that you will stand out wherever you work in the world. You will have more time at the helm - manoeuvring, sail trimming etc. will be nearly double what you would receive on a normal RYA course with five students. -
We guarantee your instructor will be an experienced (three years plus) Yachtmaster instructor or fully qualified Yachtmaster Examiner. -
There are four students maximum for all our RYA courses - Day Skipper, Yachtmaster (Coastal) and Yachtmaster (Offshore) exam preparation weeks. -

Race Yacht Training As one of the few sailing schools in Europe we are also able to offer performance race yacht training. There are intensive performance sail training weekends, introduction to race training “Start Racing” and longer more extensive five day race training programmes "Regatta Ready". We are also able to offer shorter courses for those who simply want to make your yacht perform better on the water and maybe  learn the "dark art" of sail-trim and spinnakers with our three day, introduction to sail-trim, foredeck and spinnaker programme. We aim to combine all our performance training courses with a weekend of racing in a local regatta. |

Guests should remember that as long as we know your travel plans well in advance (arrival / departure dates and times) we can arrange pick up and drop off from Jerez, Cadiz, Seville, Gibraltar or Malaga. You don't need to worry about not being able to communicate with a local taxi driver, you don't need to suffer a long train or bus ride, we welcome you from the moment you set foot in Spain at one of the above airports! At Sailing Excellence we believe that outside just having quality instruction, the guest / student should have access to quality tools to learn on. Our yacht is a recognised performance racer / cruiser, under four years old and immaculately maintained. It is not only the instructors that are very important in providing an excellent service to the guest, all our yachts have extensive sails wardrobes and spinnakers for guests to train and experiment with.

Sail Excel offer very reasonable family charters and the kids love it! How about trying a weeks charter exploring Seville or head south to Morocco and experience Africa. Groups of friends or even an individual person can charter our yacht and skipper. Beginners and individuals welcome:
