Happy Saturday for most and for some Happy Sunday ;) I've recently been working on websites for some friends and I've purchased some of the great books from Sitepoint and others. So far I've just been hammering away at the XHTML/CSS aspect of things and I've had many problems with a lot of the inconsistencies between browsers. Now, you all are amazing and have been amazingly quick to return any questions I have. So, yet again I return with a new set of questions... I've been trying to install older versions of browsers on my computers but for some reason the install file always tells me that there is already a newer version and will not let me continue. Is there a way around this? And second, is there a book I can buy that documents a good number of these bugs? I just feel ridiculous always asking about things I'm sure is incredibly easy to figure out. The reason I bring this up revolves around the website I've been working on: www.uniqueartdesigns.net For some reason, the contact image I have down in the footer aligns to the left when looked at in IE6(on my friend's computer) and I can't seem to get all of the browsers to play well with one another. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
