For the past umpteen years the London Ecademy Networking Events have been the most well attended Ecademy meetings around. These big events are an important feature of Ecademy - long may they continue. However, tonight's event at the Tower Hotel was different - and I think, better as a result of one change. Almost every meeting so far has been introduced by Penny Power who has done a fantastic job over the years. Tonight, though, we had a Master of Ceremonies, Jeremy Nicholas who managed the evening immensely well. I think this was just the right move. Now that Ecademy has grown so substantially, Penny needs to make her presentation to these landmark meetings without having to be distracted by MC'ing as well. Having a highly effective - and humorous - Master of Ceremonies such as Jeremy made the event that bit more professional.
