Role Description CSDC has an exciting opportunity in our Mississauga office for a motivated and results-driven professional who will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of services to our clients. Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will be a key member of an integrated business consulting team and will be responsible for the following activities: - Responsible for the execution and delivery of AMANDA solutions. - Prepare, execute and close business analysis sessions with clients. - Create, review, support and receive sign-off for analysis documentation. - Participate in product configuration and unit testing. - Prepare, coordinate and conduct testing and quality assurance tasks within the project. - Prepare and deliver user training session. - Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions. - Manage multiple deadlines and milestones. - Monitor progress and report status updates to CSDC project Manager, track and communicate issues and proactively troubleshoot and resolve problems. - Assist in RFP response, Sales demos and Marketing activities. - Effectively communicate with clients. Required Skills - Working knowledge of Oracle and MS-SQL relational databases. - Ability to write and debug PL/SQL and T-SQL. - Self-motivated, work effectively as a team member or alone when required - Demonstrated problem resolution ability. - Ability to manage your own time effectively and work on tasks with competing priority. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a desire to interact daily with clients and the dedication to provide superior customer service. - Able to frequently travel between Canada, USA and Caribbean. - Strong written and oral communication skills.
