BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES REPRESENTATIVE (French/English) Markham, ON Our client is a growing total solution provider of digital imprinting technology for the customization of fabric, metal, plastic and ceramic. They also distribute toner and inkjet supplies for both small and wide format printers, and copiers. We are authorized distributors for Hp, Epson, Lexmark and Sawgrass Technologies. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain existing customers Acquire new business through cold calls, leads and trade shows Provide timely quotations, information and product samples to clients Learn and provide basic support for our products Provide product demonstrations in our show room to clients Work in trade show booth to acquire new business Essential Experience, Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Must be completely fluent in written, read and spoken English and French. Computer proficiency MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Photoshop or Corel Post Secondary degree would be preferred Professional, courteous and personable manner while remaining assertive and able to build trust and respect quickly Ability to multitask Strong customer service background and a solid understanding of the sales components Strong telephone skills Enjoy learning new products and technologies Highly motivated and possess a positive winning attitude Must be a team player Experience in office printer supplies, image transfer supplies, screen printing, custom apparel, photographic or sublimation sales would be a definite asset PLEASE SUBMIT RESUME IN MS WORD FORMAT TO: resumes@bilingualsource.com
