Rate: £45k - £50k per annum + Excellent    Location: Slough   My client, a Global technical services provider and is urgently looking for Technical Specialist to join senior technical applications team. The technical environment is very diverse. This role will involve you resolving Oracle database and UNIX/Windows server infrastructure faults and resolving application problems. You will have a strong background in applications based on Oracle and UNIX and also show ability to work under pressure on mission critical systems. Specific Database Management experience ideally gained in 'enterprise' scale environments, as this is a really large-scale project environment. Any experience working on SAN's, SQL development products or itil familiarity or certification would give you a distinct advantage but is not essential.
