Rate: £30k - £35k per annum    Location: Luton, Bedfordshire   My client, a reputable company, is looking for a Support Services Team Leader to join their ISS department to help deliver service and process improvements and provide 2nd/3rd line support to the organization. The main responsibilities will include: Management and coaching of a team of helpdesk analysts Development and analysis of itil processes Analysis of the Service Desk performance Liaising with the ISS team and vendors for the procurement of new technologies Some performance of hands on fixes at a technical level Provision of 2nd/3rd line support to the helpdesk analysts Being on call in case of emergency The successful candidate will: Will currently be in a helpdesk/service desk team leader position Live close to Luton in order to be on call Be itil Foundation qualified Have an understanding of troubleshooting LAN/WAN related problems Have some technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/Server2003, Oracle/SQL and Cisco   Rate:   £30k - £35k per annum Type:   Permanent Location:   Luton, Bedfordshire Country:   UK Contact:   Kylie White Advertiser:   e-CRM People Ltd.
