I would think it's closed. All the Parks are from what I remember. I rode Garner on Thanksgiving 2 years ago.  Legend should be open as well.

OK, I didn't buy the hammer I do have the plate glass (part of a "Scary Sharp" kit that I rarely use) I'll swing by a LBS and have the reducer replaced.  I know the bearing press would be easy enough to build, but I'd need to get the reducer anyway and...
